Payment and Refunds: - Payment for the Program is required in full at the time of purchase and shall be made to The Encore Catalyst, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, DBA The Encore Catalyst. - A 100% refund is available within 30 days of purchase, provided that the participant provides proof of completed workbook exercises and activities. - Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@theencorecatalyst.com - Compliant refund requests will be verified and processed within 10 business days of receipt.
