AGE IS YOUR ADVANTAGE: Start Your Business After 60! 

In my late 50s, I sold my 8-figure import-export business, a venture I had built from the ground up, marking a pivotal moment in my entrepreneurial journey. 

But it wasn’t the end—it was the beginning of a new chapter. 

In my 60s, I transitioned into business and life transformation coaching, driven by a passion to help other women entrepreneurs harness their skills, face challenges head-on, and redefine what success means in later life. 

And recently, just months before my 70th birthday, I launched a publishing business—defying stereotypes that age and technology are barriers to new ventures.

Through it all, I’ve remained a lifelong learner, embracing the digital age with open arms, and traveling the world to soak in new experiences. My love for family, friends, and global adventures enriches my personal and professional life. 

I find immense joy in lifting others as I climb, sharing the hard-won lessons I’ve learned and empowering women to pursue their dreams, regardless of age.

From Building to Lifting

Each business I’ve started in my 50s, 60s, and 70s has been about evolution—personal and professional. When I sold my import-export business, I had learned what it took to grow something from the ground up, and I knew my next calling was to help others do the same. 

Through my coaching and training business, I’ve guided female entrepreneurs in finding clarity and confidence, encouraging them to embrace change and take control of their lives.

In my latest venture, a publishing business, I’ve channeled my passion for storytelling and lifelong learning into something that allows me to help other women share their own wisdom. 

It’s not about resting on laurels or retiring—there’s still more to build, more to give.

Defying Stereotypes of Age and Technology

Let’s be clear—there are myths surrounding women in their 60s, 70s, and beyond:that we are somehow resistant to change or incapable of mastering technology. 

I’ve proven that to be entirely false. I’ve navigated every new digital trend, and I’m not just keeping up, I’m leading. I use technology to expand my businesses, share my message, and create meaningful connections across the globe. 

And I encourage every woman to do the same, because technology is an enabler, not a barrier.

Lifelong Learning and Fulfillment

What keeps me going is the drive to never stop learning. I’ve seen that whether you're running a business or embarking on a new project, being a student of life helps you stay adaptable. From exploring new industries to constantly traveling and soaking up new experiences, I’ve found that the key to fulfillment is curiosity and the willingness to embrace change.

I’ve also built a life filled with love of family, friends, and new adventures. Travel is a personal passion that enriches me, but so is the joy of seeing the women I work with grow and thrive. Watching them take the leap into entrepreneurship with confidence and purpose gives me immense pride.
